Mr. Haugen practices in the areas of intellectual property litigation, patents, copyrights, trademarks, unfair competition, technology and science, advertising and marketing, antitrust and trade regulation, intellectual property licensing and internet law. He represents the diverse business interests of the Firm’s clients in all areas of intellectual property.

Mr. Haugen received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1982 and his J.D. from Hamline University in 1987. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Minnesota, the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
