ST. PAUL, MN., February 19, 2010 - Jacobson Buffalo Magnuson Anderson & Hogen, PC, a Saint Paul Minnesota law firm, is pleased to announce that Kasey W. Kincaid has joined the law firm as Of Counsel.

Mr. Kincaid comes to Jacobson Buffalo with experience in both the private and public sectors, most recently as an Assistant Attorney General in the State of Iowa, where he concentrated on complex litigation involving pharmaceutical manufacturers and others in the healthcare industry. In private practice, Mr. Kincaid focused on trial matters, advising clients in judicial, regulatory, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He also served as Assistant Counsel to the Committee on Professional Ethics and Conduct of the Iowa State Bar Association, prosecuting attorney disciplinary actions before the Iowa Supreme Court Grievance Commission and representing the Committee at the Iowa Supreme Court.

Mr. Kincaid has consulted and collaborated with government officials and candidates on political, legislative, and public policy matters. He has written extensively on legal issues and has been a lecturer in law at the Drake University Law School, the University of Iowa College of Law, and Washington (St. Louis) University College of Law.

Mr. Kincaid earned his Juris Doctor degree from Drake University Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, and served as the Notes Editor of the Drake Law Review and on the Moot Court Board. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wartburg College.
